Will our data be sent to OpenAI or another company?
Not necessarily. When data cannot leave your server, we build the solution on a local model. When an external provider’s API is acceptable, we tell you exactly what data is sent there.
How do you know the model answers correctly?
From tests. We build a response quality test suite and run it whenever a prompt or model changes. Answers based on your documents (RAG) cite their sources, so they can be checked.
How much does it cost to run such a feature?
The cost depends on traffic and the chosen model. We set API cost limits and monitoring so the bill holds no surprises, and with a local model you only pay for the server.
